To upload plugins on the server, you will need to install Metamod and Sourcemod first. Once installed, insurgency/addons directory will be created.  

 

Here are the exact steps:

 

  1. Install SourceMod Stable and Metamod Stable from the Mod Manager. 
  2. Once installed, insurgency/addons folder will be created.
  3. Upload the plugin's smx files inside insurgency/addons/sourcemod/plugins.
    Use FTP or the Game Panel File Manager to upload these type of files.
  4. Start the server and the plugins will load automatically.

 

Inside insurgency/addons/sourcemod, that is where some of the configurations will be based for individual plugins. Some plugins will need extensions and translations depending on the plugin.
