To remove a level cap on a freeport server follow these steps.
Please note, all 1x1 servers will be considered a freeport.

Step 1: Stop your Atlas server.

Step 2: To into Configuration Files and open your Game.ini

Step 3: Add the following lines to your Game.ini

[/Script/ShooterGame.ShooterGameMode]
bClampHomeServerXP=False

If you already have this header in your game.ini, simply add the command under it.

Step 4: Save and start your server, the level cap should now be removed.
